Share your date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, group size and flight number if you have one, and our team will follow up to confirm availability and details. A booking request is not an automatic confirmation until we reply to you.

We accept cash in US dollars, all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and secure online card payment through a booking invoice link we send you. Bank transfer is available for larger group bookings, tours and events. Payment can be arranged in advance or with your driver, and a receipt or invoice is provided on request.

We serve the whole island of Providenciales, including Grace Bay, The Bight, Leeward, Long Bay, Turtle Cove, Downtown, Discovery Bay, Blue Hills, Five Cays, Chalk Sound and Silly Creek, Juba Sound, Northwest Point and South Dock. We cover Providenciales International Airport (PLS) and the cruise and ferry ports, and can also help arrange connections for guests travelling on to North Caicos, Middle Caicos and the other islands.

We look after solo travellers, couples and families in a single vehicle, typically up to six passengers with luggage. For larger groups, wedding parties and corporate groups of seven or more we coordinate additional vehicles so everyone travels together and arrives at the same time. Let us know your total number of passengers and how much luggage you have and we will match the right vehicles to your group.

Our fleet is made up of clean, air-conditioned cars, SUVs and vans. We provide private airport transfers, point-to-point VIP and private rides, island style sightseeing tours, wedding and group transportation, and as-directed travel for a full day or multiple stops. Every ride is private to your party, with a professional local driver.

Yes. Our island style tours are a relaxed, private way to see Providenciales with a friendly local driver who knows the island. We shape the itinerary around your interests and pace, with stops that can include Grace Bay Beach, Chalk Sound, Sapodilla Bay, the Hole, Blue Hills, local restaurants and craft markets, and scenic viewpoints. Tell us how long you would like to be out and what you would like to see and we will plan a comfortable outing.

Alongside airport transfers and island style tours we provide VIP and private rides for dining, shopping, excursions and nights out, wedding and event transportation, corporate and meeting travel, and hourly or full-day as-directed service. We can also coordinate multiple pickups for groups staying at different resorts or villas.

Book as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. For airport transfers we recommend at least 24 to 48 hours notice. During the busy season from December to April, around major holidays, and for large groups, weddings and tours, please book one to two weeks ahead so we can guarantee the right vehicles. We do our best to accommodate same-day and last-minute requests subject to availability.

Yes. Private airport transfers are our most requested service. Your driver meets you after you clear customs, helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel, villa or resort. We also handle your departure transfer, timed so you reach the airport with plenty of time before your flight.

We monitor your flight using the flight number you provide and adjust your pickup time to match your actual arrival. There is no extra charge for reasonable flight delays. If your plans change while you are travelling, message us on WhatsApp and we will update your booking.

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please tell us the number and ages of the children travelling when you book so we can fit the correct seats in advance.

Yes. Secure Taxi and VIP Services is a locally licensed and operated transportation company based in Providenciales. Our vehicles are insured and maintained, and our drivers are experienced local professionals who know the island well.

Fares depend on the distance, the time of day, the size of vehicle needed and the number of passengers. Airport transfers and tours are quoted as a clear flat rate before you travel, so there are no surprises. Contact us with your pickup and drop-off locations and group size for a quote.

Yes. We coordinate transportation for weddings, celebrations and corporate events around your schedule, your guests' accommodation and your group size. We plan multiple pickups in advance and keep everyone moving together. For events we recommend booking as early as possible, ideally several weeks ahead.

Yes. For arrivals your driver waits in the arrivals area with a name sign, welcomes you, assists with your luggage and walks you to your vehicle. It is the easiest way to start your stay after a long day of travel.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. There is no charge for cancellations made with reasonable notice, generally at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. For large groups, weddings and tours, specific terms are confirmed with your booking.

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including early morning and late night flights and holidays. For overnight pickups we ask that you book in advance so a driver is scheduled and ready for you.
